Hike Mt Nittany

It’s roughly a half hour (or .6 miles) to the Mike Lynch Overlook, which faces State College. Other hikes around the mountain can take up to 3-4 hours.

Finally, the Bryce Jordan Center brings the more mainstream acts into town. Bruce Springsteen and Carrie Underwood are just a few that will be in town in the next several months. In the past, acts such as Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum and Bon Jovi have performed at the BJC.
Fall Foliage Tours of Raystown Lake
Explore the beauty of Happy Valley when visiting Raystown Lake, just 40 minutes from State College. Raystown Lake is the largest lake in Pennsylvania and a boat cruise along the shoreline will provide breathtaking views of the colorful trees. The cruises are 90 minutes and narrated.
