Fall fun in Happy Valley is here! The State College Fall Festival will take place October 13 in downtown State College. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. along South Allen Street. Some of the events include:

- Free arts and crafts for kids
- Appalachian Outdoors Fall Expo
